    DIY_奶油培根意大利面

    自认为“美食家“的我,除了平时喜欢到处搜罗没吃过的好东西,看美食的的图片外,也一直希望自己能够亲自尝试一下。
    于是,这次下定决心,决定自己尝试这做做西餐。(P.S. 在老爸的指导下,一些简单的小菜基本ok,关键就是调味……)
    陆陆续续从超市买来了黄油、培根、玉米粒、意大利面、芝士条(直接放在意大利面上的那种)……(本来要买雀巢三花淡奶的,没买到,用牛奶代替)
     
    意大利面分红酱和白酱,这次作的是奶油培根面,当然属于白酱之列。意大利面的好坏就在于这个白酱!
     
    1、制作白酱。将适量黄油融化后,逐步放入面粉,注意要用小火,否则容易炒糊,随后放入牛奶。
        !牛奶要一点点放,而且要一支搅拌,牛奶和面粉的比例是6:1
        待充分搅匀后,再放入一小块黄油。白酱用途广泛,除了意大利面外,还可做奶油汤,奶油蔬菜等
    2、做意大利面。水里加盐,稍许橄榄油,面要呈螺旋状放入,大约8分钟
    3、加入黄油,将培根炒至透明色后,放入煮熟的玉米粒,再加入白酱,牛奶,高汤(不加也ok),盐,少量胡椒粉伴匀就可以了。
      (可以根据个人喜好,再面上洒上一些芝士条,会有拉丝的效果哦)
    4、多下来的白酱可以做奶油汤。(白酱+牛奶+玉米粒)
     
    一共耗时大概三刻中左右,虽然不是很复杂,但是一定要有耐心,决不能省略了任何一步。
    以上是简略版,做的过程中还要注意一些小细节哦大笑
     
    不是我吹,样子和口感都不错的,绝对比萨利亚、巴贝拉好吃。
    嗬嗬,第一次DIY, 就得到了老爸老妈的表扬,开心地来……
    下次还要尝试红酱,尽请期待……

    意大利面还有青汁和黑汁…经实践证明,8分钟的面是绝对不适合中国人的口味的,一般都会被说隔生…
    不过既然你对你的作品那么有信心,下次一定不能错过!
